How do I book a trip?
Pick a trip and a departure, sign in, and add everyone in your group. Pay by UPI or card, and your seats are confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I pay a deposit?
Departures that show a deposit let you reserve with a smaller amount now. Checkout shows what’s due today and the balance, and your booking page shows the balance deadline with a link to pay.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is linked on every trip page and at checkout, so you can read the refund rules before you pay.
Where are the pickup locations?
Each departure lists its pickup city. The exact meeting point and time are sent to confirmed travellers before the trip.
How does room sharing work?
Each departure lists its room options and you choose one at checkout. Booking with friends? Add them to the same booking so we know you’re travelling together.
Can I join on my own?
Yes, solo travellers are welcome. Choose a shared room at checkout, or message us first if you’d like to know more about the group.
How difficult are the treks?
Each trip page shows the trail difficulty and a packing list. Not sure it’s right for you? Message us before booking and we’ll help you choose.
